Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare periodic social media reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaigns that drive leads and conversions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Must be creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
