Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, Procurement Coordination, Inventory Management, or related functions.
- Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate sector is required.
- Experience managing procurement processes, cost reporting, and inventory control systems is an added advantage.
- Membership or progress towards membership of NIQS, QSRBN, or related professional bodies is an advantage.
