Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Offer: N500,000 – N600,000 monthly
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.
- This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can balance operational efficiency with employee engagement, and ensures our people practices align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee performance management and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 4-5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in HR strategy, leadership, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
