Job Summary
- As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, responding to customer inquiries across online platforms, and supporting daily sales activities to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide accurate information on the company’s products and services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Process customer transactions and support daily store operations efficiently
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and daily sales activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive in-store customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or front desk operations
- Experience using POS systems and scanning tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
Salary
N140,000 – N160,000 monthly.
