Job Summary
- As the Facilitator (Supply Chain & Procurement), you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, practical, and industry focused training programs that equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in procurement, supply chain, logistics, contract management, warehousing, fleet management, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions on procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, key account management, fleet management, and business development
- Develop and customize training materials, case studies, assessments, and practical exercises to meet learning objectives and industry best practices
- Deliver high-impact learning experiences through interactive discussions, simulations, and real-world applications that enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention
- Assess participants’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend strategies for continuous professional development and organizational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is mandatory
- Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations Management, with proven experience facilitating corporate training programmes
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, APICS, CIPSMN, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering training on one or more of the following areas: Effective Negotiation in Contract, Procurement & Supply Chain Management; Strategic Supply Chain & Logistics Management; Strategic Warehousing & Inventory Management; Warehouse Efficiency & Operations; Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing; Business Development; Key Account Management; and Corporate Fleet Management
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adult learning skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical business solutions.
