Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Engineer (Solar PV & Bess)
Location: Kazaure, Jigawa

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our Projects team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of solar PV and battery systems to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor solar PV and battery systems using remote monitoring platforms (SCADA, BMS, inverters)
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Perform site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution
- Monitor battery parameters including SOC, SOH, voltage balance, and temperature
- Prepare inspection reports, maintenance logs, and root cause analysis reports
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and system handovers
- Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, HSE standards, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 2–5+ years hands-on experience in solar PV operations & maintenance
- Experience with BESS, inverters, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and technical reporting skills
- OEM certifications are an added advantage.
Salary
N350,000 / month.
