Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Lagos

What you’ll do
- Design and build scalable web applications.
- Lead frontend development using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Build and manage APIs using Node.js and/or Python.
- Design and maintain microservices and core business logic.
- Manage authentication, authorization and application security.
- Design and optimize databases and queries.
- Manage CI/CD, testing and cloud deployments.
- Use Docker and platforms such as AWS, Vercel or GCP.
- Review code and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and QA teams to deliver projects.
What we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related technology field from a recognized university, with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
- A minimum of five O’ Level credits obtained in no more than two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
- 3–5 years of relevant post-NYSC full stack development experience.
- Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Proven experience building production APIs with Node.js and/or Python.
- Good understanding of system design, microservices and scalability.
- Strong database design and performance skills.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD and cloud deployment.
- Strong understanding of application security.
Nice to have:
- Experience leading a small team or technical module.
- Experience with monitoring, logging or infrastructure as code.
- Open-source contributions or technical writing.
