Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage project documentation, ensure proper filing, tracking, and distribution of documents, and support project communication processes.
- The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiar with project documentation systems, and experienced in preparing document transmittals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project-related documents in an organized and secure manner
- Create, track, and update document registers and logs using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and issue document transmittals for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure proper version control of documents and prevent duplication or loss of information
- Receive, distribute, and archive incoming and outgoing project documents
- Support project teams with documentation required for meetings, reports, and approvals
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely document submission and approval

Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Eng, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, and basic reporting)
- Experience with document control systems or project documentation processes
- Ability to create and manage document transmittals accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
