Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for consultants, software developers, and other roles based on current and forecasted company business needs.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines; coordinate screening, interviews, selection, offers, onboarding, and recruitment follow-up.
- Partner directly with Don Matias, COO, and company leadership team to translate business priorities into practical hiring, staffing, and workforce plans.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, workplace matters, and general people operations.
- Create clear HR processes, performance expectations, reporting routines, and accountability practices that help teams operate consistently and professionally.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Experience with Nigerian contract staffing or international remote hiring.
- Previous placements of senior, lead or staff-level engineers.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience handling compensation, notice periods, counteroffers and contractor availability.
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle and specialist technical communities.
Remuneration
- $200 ~ $400 per month as base salary
- Bonus payment of $50 ~ $100 per each successful hire.
