The University of Benin (UNIBEN) is seeking a competent and discreet Confidential Secretary II to provide secretarial and administrative support, manage official correspondence, maintain confidential records, and assist with the smooth coordination of departmental activities. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in secretarial work, administrative support, office management, document management, communication, or related fields.

Job Title: Confidential Secretary II

Location: Benin City, Edo

Qualifications

  • GCE O level, WASC, NECO, and NABTEB with five (5) credits which must include a credit English language in not more than 2 sittings.
  • 50/100 wpm in typewriting and shorthand;
  • NCE/National Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Administration/, Office Technology Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer application package is required.

Salary Grade
CONTISS 06.
